Techking Tires says it intends to place a focus on tire management systems in 2010.
During an interview, company president Sheng Rongsheng said, “This year, Techking is going to invest on the research of the total tire management system. We hope the system would help our customers to manage and use their tires more efficiently.”
To help deliver tire management solutions, during 2010 Techking is establishing six new Techking Service Centers within China and more than 20 will be built up in overseas markets.
During the interview Sheng also gave his opinion on future prospects for the Chinese tire industry. “In the near future, China will hold 50% worldwide truck and bus tire production capacity and 25% worldwide passenger tire production capacity. Although I can’t tell you the exact number, I am sure that China will play a more and more important role in the worldwide OTR industry.” (Tyres & Accessories)
