ASA Automotive Systems named Mike Provencher as the company’s new director of customer services.
In this new position, Provencher will direct and manage ASA’s customer service organization, including installation and training, documentation, and software support.
“Mike’s background includes directing customer care organizations and providing strategic operational leadership across diverse teams and functions. His knowledge and ability to understand how to solve complex problems makes him a valuable resource,” said Scott Hopkins, vice president of operations at ASA Automotive Systems.
