Replacement TPMS maker Orange Electronic North America said it will offer Ateq’s VT55 OBD TPMS tool to its lineup of TPMS tools.
Orange said that adding its OE sensor ID-cloning capability to the tool’s OBD interface will allow the VT55 to handle any OE TPMS replacement situation “quickly and efficiently.”
Orange said its replacement TPMS sensors can be programmed with OE ID numbers so they can bypass the typical relearn procedure required when replacing TPMS sensors.
“Adding the VT55 gives potential service locations and distributors the option to include OBD capability in their TPMS service solutions,” said Steve Norris, CEO of Orange Electronic North America.
