New Tires from BKT

BKT Tire (USA) has added a number of new tires to its product offering for dealers in the U.S. and Canada. The new array of tires include four ag lines and a go-kart tire.

The BKT Multimax MP-522 is a radial line developed for backhoes and utility tractors. The tire features aggressive tread lugs with a special tread compound and optimized 49/32nds tread depth for longer life. The tire is available in size 400/70R20, replacing the previous size 16.0/70R20.

The BKT TF 9090 was created for front axle fitment on tractors. The tire has three ribs for “easy steering” and “better directional stability in wet soil,” according to BKT. It is available in size 4.00-12.

The BKT Ridemax IT 696 is a R-4 tractor radial for road and winter conditions, according to the company. The low rolling resistance tire features a unique tread design with a wide footprint and an optimized 28/32nds tread depth. The tire is available in size 300/80R24, which replaces size 11.2R24.

The BKT Agrimax RT 855 is an 85-series radial for small ag tractors. The tire features wider lug angles and an open center design for traction and reduced soil compaction. It also features a nylon casing and polyester belts for reduced fatigue and durability, and a rim guard. The tire is available in size 210/95R20, replacing 8.3R20.

The SM 68 is a new go-kart line for racing and general use, BKT said. That tire is available in size 11×6.0-5.
