New TIA HR Benefit Discussed in May 2 Webinar

TIA has added a new member benefit: discounted HR and payroll services from XcelHR.

The new program offers small and mid-sized businesses a suite of bundled services including payroll, benefits, workers’ compensation, HR consulting and compliance with government regulations through a single source.

In coordination with this new member benefit, TIA is hosting a webinar tomorrow – May 2 – at 1 p.m. ET on how the XcelHR program can benefit a tire or retreading business. The free webinar will last 30 minutes and can be accessed at

“It is especially difficult these days for small businesses to keep track of all the rules and regulations,” said Roy Littlefield, TIA executive vice president. “There is a real need for XcelHR services out in the marketplace, especially among our member companies with less than 100 employees.”

Ted Winglass, president of XcelHR, added, “This is a great opportunity to introduce XcelHR services to the tire dealer community. Many modern companies benefit from outsourcing expensive and complicated business functions. This webinar provides an overview of how outsourcing can save both time and money. XcelHR services include payroll, benefits administration, workers’ compensation, government compliance, and HR support.”

The specifics of the program and a la carte menu of HR consulting services available to TIA members at an exclusive 15% discount can be found at
