Management at Goodyear’s North American Tire plants continues to evolve.
Tim Noe, plant manager at Goodyear’s Buffalo, N.Y., tire plant, is replacing Andrew Harper as plant manager of the tiremaker’s Danville, Va., facility.
Harper, who previously led Goodyear facilities Wolverhampton, Birmingham and Washington in England, is returning to Europe on another assignment.
Noe was plant manager at the Buffalo facility since 2007.
The change at Danville came just a day after it was learned that Terry Tennyson, general manager of North American Tire’s allied plants, will now lead Goodyear’s Union City, Tenn., plant. He replaced Todd Turner, who will transfer to Akron.
