According to the report, Hankook has been fined some $150,000 over the past few months for alleged violations at its new tire plant in Dunaujvaros, Hungary.
The report also said that Hungary’s Social and Labor Affairs Ministry said that Hankook could continue receiving the subsidy negotiated into the country’s efforts to land the passenger tire plant once it is found to be in compliance with the country’s labor regulations.
