Mercer, Pa.-based Flynn’s Tire Wholesale recently held another Gold Standard Travel Program to Dublin, Ireland, hosting more than 100 qualifying dealers, key suppliers and employees, along with their guests. The early April trip marks the 3rd international travel excursion sponsored by Flynn’s.
“This trip was designed to thank our wholesale customers for their business relationship with Flynn’s Tire and share some of the Irish history of Flynn’s Tire Group,” said Shaun Fitzgerald, general manager of Flynn’s Tire Wholesale. “The group spent the week at the historic Shelbourne Hotel located in the heart of Dublin and was treated to an itinerary full of traditional food, Irish Ale and extensive sightseeing and touring.”
Highlights of the trip included tours of Saint Patrick’s Cathedral, Trinity College, Guinness Storehouse, a Musical Pub Crawl and a farewell event at the Old Jameson Distillery, he added.
“The tire business isn’t an easy business to be successful in, it is often a daily battle,” said Flynn’s President Joe Flynn III. “Everyday we put forth every effort we can to ensure outstanding customer service for our customers and show them how much we truly appreciate their choice of Flynn’s.
