Purolator said its Web site – purolatorautofilters.net – can now be accessed in a variety of languages.
The addition of Canadian French, Mexican Spanish and American Spanish to the current Web site in English is expected to make the site even more customer-friendly, the company claimed.
“Whether it is a DIY consumer who has decided to change a filter on his vehicle to save some money in these tough economic times or the automotive professional who has a technical question, it’s always easier to understand when the communication is in a language that is familiar to you,” said Ramon Nuñez, director of filtration for Bosch, joint venture owner of Purolator Filters NA.
“Customizing the Web site for users in the United States, Canada and Mexico also allows Purolator to provide each market with information that is relevant and applicable to that market,” he said.
