NAPA Tracs customers can now use Bolt On Technology’s suite of add-on automotive software.
Mike Risich, Bolt On Technology chief technology officer, said that customers have seen average repair orders increase 45-75% with Bolt On’s software and the company expects the same for shops using the NAPA Tracs system.
Bolt On Technology products that fully integrate with Napa Tracs include the Pro Pack, Mobile Manager Pro, Pro Call and Quick Change Pro.
The Pro Pack includes three software modules that can analyze a vehicle’s driving history and predict when a customer should return for routine services, send out a text message appointment reminder, and allow shops to customize invoices to include a shop’s logo.
The Mobile Manager Pro is an Android mobile device powered add-on software solution that can help increase shop efficiency through digital inspections and repair orders, the company said.
Pro Call is a program that acts as the automotive repair shop’s “caller ID.” The program also allows stores to discover additional data related to the customer’s spending habits at the shop, the vehicles and when services are due, the company said.
Quick Charge Pro helps shops safely and securely process credit cards and helps the shop email a copy of the transaction to customers, according to the company.
