TIA Sets GTE Education Program Details

TIA has announced new information about its offering of educational seminars at the upcoming Global Tire Expo, held in conjunction with the SEMA Show in Las Vegas.

The GTE and SEMA will be held Nov. 2-5 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, with the GTE occupying the South Hall.

Those interested in attending can register at tireindustry.org.
   
There will be four educational session tracks at this year’s GTE: TPMS at 10, Truck Tires at 10, Tires at 2, and Management at 4. Here is the complete schedule:

TPMS at 10:
 
Moderator for all sessions: Sean MacKinnon, TIA director of automotive training development.
 
Tuesday, Nov. 2: TPMS Service and Maintenance – Speaker: Matthew White, TIA senior ATS & TPMS instructor.
 
Wednesday, Nov. 3: TPMS Scan Tool Panel with panelists Andy Forsberg, product manager, SPX Service Solutions; Scot Holloway, general manager, Bartec USA; Ermald Muca, sales engineer, ATEQ Corp.; Matthew White, TIA senior ATS & TPMS instructor.
