JohnDow Industries has appointed Kevin Ewing to the newly created position of product manager for Dynamic Automotive Fasteners & Supplies, the newest of JDI’s five brands.
Most recently, Ewing was automotive marketing manager of the Plasti-Kote Brand, at Valspar Corp. in Medina, Ohio, where he was responsible for new market initiatives and new product development.
JDI President Joe Dease said, “Kevin brings a wealth of talent and pertinent experience to JohnDow Industries that will help us in the further development of the Dynamic brand.”
In late 2009, JDI completed the asset purchase of Dynamic Merchandising Inc. of Madison Heights, Mi. The Dynamic brand is a national supplier of fasteners, hardware and parts with the following product categories: brake and fuel lines; TPMS components; body shop hardware; wheel studs and nuts; drain plugs and gaskets; and electrical parts.
