All Change At Goodyear Dunlop’s Marketing Department

(Clacton, U.K./Tyres & Accessories) A reorganisation has taken place in Goodyear Dunlop’s marketing department which, according to the company, “reflects the progress made to date in developing [our] brand strategies and the future needs of the organisation.”

Lisa Faulkner, previously Goodyear brand manager has been appointed manager motorcycle SBU and Geraldine McGovern, previously Dunlop brand manager, has been appointed E-Business manager. Ron Pike, marketing communications manager, will be responsible for advertising, promotions and sponsorships. All of the new appointments will report to Neil Burrows, marketing director.

Ben Crawley has been appointed as Goodyear brand support manager. Simon Durston-Smith has become brand support manager, Dunlop; and Nicole Howitt will be brand support manager, associated brands. Ben, Simon and Nicole will report to the brand planning manager.

Neil Burrows, marketing director explains: “It is vital that the Marketing Department reflects the future needs of the organisation whilst maintaining a specific focus on developing our brand strategies. Our Franchising and Retail Developments are fundamental to the business as well as the increasing importance of the Internet and the need to develop our e-business strategy.”

Other developments include the appointment of Jackie Mead as franchise support specialist, reporting to the franchise development manager. Meanwhile, Nikki McCluney, marketing manager, retail will continue to report to Ron Pike. And Kelly MacGregor has been appointed marketing administrator and will also report to Ron Pike. Amanda Parkes has also been appointed senior secretary and will be responsible jointly to Paul Wilde, Consumer SBU Director and Neil Burrows, marketing director.
