Dealer Opportunities for Viking Branded Tyres

(Clacton, U.K./Tyres & Accessories) The Viking tyre brand has been established in the UK for over 30 years.

During this time, it has developed a reputation for quality as a mid-range tyre and offers profit opportunities for Viking dealers.

Made in Germany by one of Europe’s largest OE manufacturers, Viking tyres are available in more than 80 sizes, covering popular fitments in the 13- to 18-inch range.  With a 40-80 profile to suit most customer requirements, this range includes high performance, family motoring and commercial van.

A new high performance tyre, the Protech II has recently been added to the range. The Protech II’s advanced asymmetric pattern allows for both wet and dry conditions. Its outer pattern with a combination of stiff shoulder blocks and the two circumferential ribs ensures lateral stability and precise steering as well as optimised grip for braking. Its inner pattern of numerous block edges and sipes is designed to ensure safe handling on wet road conditions, Viking said.

Appointed Viking dealers will be offered a range of support materials, details of which are highlighted in the company’s new point of sale brochure for dealers. This includes information leaflets, glossy reception posters, signage and quality branded clothing. The recently launched online ordering facility and dedicated brand Web site with dealer locator and trade area offer fast access to ordering and information. Viking also launches regular trade and consumer promotions to further support the brand.
