This news was given in a Dec. 1 company statement and disseminated by iTyre.com; it was reported that the decision was made on Nov. 26 by company president Vitaliy Verbas, and Rucek’s contract was ended by mutual agreement on Nov. 29.
According to information given by the company, Dneproshina appointed Verbas its president and Rucek director general on Jan. 29, 2007.
The company ended 2007 with net income of 10.493 million hryvnias (approximately US$2.11 million), or 2.18% pure gain in comparison with 2006. Dneproshina, a manufacturer of mining, construction, agricultural, bus, truck and passenger car tyres as well as tyres for motorcycles and fork lifts, is registered as a joint stock company. Two Cyprus based companies (Serverio Trading and Aliatros Trading) and two companies from British Virgin Islands (Sapphire Worldwide Assets and Laindors Trading) own 17% of company shares each.
