The Auto Care Association has released a resource tool with best practices for companies in the auto care industry looking to hire and retain new talent – the Auto Care Careers Recruitment Guide.
The guide is divided by audience segment, including millennials, recent graduates, career and technical education students and military veterans, the association said. Each section includes research for engaging that audience as well as information on what each audience is looking for in their career, relevant data and successful case studies.
“Employees who have been in the auto care industry for decades are in the process of retiring, and companies are finding it increasingly difficult to attract and retain top talent,” said Bill Hanvey, president and CEO of the Auto Care Association. “With a changing landscape of job seekers, it can be challenging to reach potential new applicants, most of whom are finding their jobs through a social media network. The Auto Care Careers Recruitment Guide addresses all of these hurdles and provides concrete advice for your recruitment needs.”
