Nexen Sponsoring Tennis Tournament

Nexen Tire has signed an agreement to be the official sponsor of the MercedesCup.Nexen Tire MercedesCup

The tennis tournament is a part of the ATP World Tour 250 series. Nexen’s sponsorship will run for two years, starting 2015.

“By sponsoring the MercedesCup, one of the popular sports games in Europe, we are expecting to strengthen communication with customers in Europe,” Nexen Tire stated in a release. “In particular, the energetic image of a tennis tournament would positively affect to the building of a dynamic brand image of Nexen Tire in the European market. We are also planning on various marketing activities in addition to this sponsorship for further enhancing the brand awareness amongst the European customers.”

During the MercedesCup, Nexen will place advertisements on backdrops, base panels, LED banners and video spot at TV screens. Additionally, the company booth will be set up in the sponsor village to provide more information about Nexen and its products to visitors.

The MercedesCup will take place from June 6 to 14 at Tennis Club Weissenhof in Stuttgart, Germany.

According to SRNA, Chariarse has extensive experience in his field, working as a commercial truck field engineer in the tire industry for the past 21 years. Joining SRNA in 2021 as a field engineer, he has been responsible for the coordination, implementation, and reporting of tire evaluations, troubleshooting, and providing technical support to fleets, dealers and the sales team.
