DriveRight, an automotive, tire and wheel data firm, will soon offer TPMS CAD analysis, according to Tyres & Accessories. In a recent company newsletter the company said that it had a number of different CAD drawings of OE and aftermarket TPMS sensors from manufacturers including Alligator, Schrader, Huf and VDO/Continental.
According to the company, DriveRight wants to test and determine the usability of different TPMS sensors for OE and aftermarket wheel designs by using CAD analysis. DriveRight said that this removes the need for wheel designers and manufacturers to contact each TPMS manufacturer to obtain the corresponding CAD drawings.
