Over 300 adults and children visited Richmond Tire & Automotive in Richmond, Texas, June 19 – 20, to celebrate the tire business’ 10th anniversary.

The celebration featured a meet and greet with race legend and Firestone spokesman Mario Andretti the first day. The next day, the tire dealership offered rides in an Indy 2-seater, street legal racecar in exchange for a $20 donation to Child Advocates of Fort Bend – a local charity that raises awareness about child abuse and assists victims of abuse.

Richmond Tire & Automotive raised $4,100 in donations at the event to benefit Child Advocates of Fort Bend.

“We are so honored that Richmond Tire & Automotive elected to make us the beneficiary of their 10th anniversary celebration,” said Lisa Moore, Child Advocates of Fort Bend events specialist. “Not only was it a lot of fun but it was truly a pleasure to work with Callie, Chris and the entire Richmond Tire & Automotive team.”
