Countrywide Tire Sold to President

Chad-IssacsPlymouth, Minn.-based tire marketer and wholesaler Countrywide Tire & Rubber Co. has been sold.

The buyer is Chad Issacs, current company president and a 16-year veteran with the company. Terms of the deal were not announced.

Countrywide Tire & Rubber was established in 1976 by Bob Stone and Ben Broder. It specializes in commercial light truck, industrial, ag, specialty and ATV tires, wheels and tubes, and it sells curing envelopes, procure tubes and heat resistant flaps.

“I am incredibly excited to purchase a company with 39 years of history in the specialty tire and inner tube industry,” said Issacs. “I am confident that my commitment to excellence in customer service, innovations and high quality products will help carry on the legacy of quality this company was built on.”
