AutoInc., the official publication of the Automotive Service Association (ASA), recently named its annual "Top 10 Automotive Repair Websites." The annual Top 10, now in its 13th year, serves as a guide to help shop owners understand the capabilities of the Internet in the automotive repair industry.

Judges in the contest use set guidelines and a scoring sheet to evaluate specific features of each site uniformly. Sites are evaluated using the following criteria: fFirst impression, objective/purpose, visual design, innovation, appearance, credibility, navigation, interactivity, technical, encourages action, and consumer friendliness.
