TIA’s new Environmental Advisory Council added a new member, and set its first meeting for Mar. 31.
Joining the council is Brian Hesje, chairman of Fountain Tire, who replaces Jim Pangle, also of Fountain Tire, on the committee.
The first EAC meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, Mar. 31, at TIA’s headquarters in Bowie, Md.
"Brian’s impressive history in the tire industry and, specifically, the retail tire sector has given him a unique insight into the issues facing tire recycling. He is a leader in Canadian tire recycling, and TIA is indeed fortunate to be able to add him to our impressive roster of Environmental Advisory Committee members," said TIA President Wayne Croswell.
