Tenneco Unveils 2010 Expert Plus Program

Tenneco’s 2010 Expert Plus service dealer loyalty program will include the iconic Monroe counter stool, an expanded “Preferred Customer” rebate book, increased points opportunities and much more, the company said.

Designed to help automotive service businesses increase their share of the undercar service market, the program, now in its 12th year, includes more benefits than ever.

The 2010 package will include the Monroe counter stool, which will feature the brand’s industry-leading Monroe Quick-Strut integrated strut assembly design. Expert Plus members also will receive an Expert Plus “Preferred Customer” rebate book now featuring valuable consumer offers for Monroe and Walker products:

– Five Monroe “Buy 3, Get 1 Free” ride control offers
– Two Monroe Quick-Strut Assembly “$60 back” offers
- Two Walker Direct-Fit Converter “$50 back” offers
- One Walker Quiet-FlowSS Muffler “$50 back” offer

Shops enrolling in the program prior to March 15 will be eligible to participate in an early enrollment grand-prize sweepstakes.

Expert Plus member shops also will receive an assortment of merchandising tools, including an informative and entertaining waiting room video, Monroe and Walker educational “Flip Books” for consumers, safety glasses, magnetic tool tray, 20-ft. tape measure, and business-building vehicle inspection tags.

Expert Plus membership includes participation in Tenneco’s consumer promotions and special trade rewards offers. Member shops also receive an extensive kit of merchandising tools and free access to a wide range of technical training opportunities.
