Pirelli OE On Anticipated New Models At New York International Auto Show

Pirelli fitments featured at the show included the 2015 BMW X4, SRT Viper TA Anodized Carbon Special Edition featuring P Zero Corsa Asimmetrico 2 tires and the Alfa Romeo 4C. The Aston Martin DB9, Audi R8 V10+, BMA 750Li, Jaguar CX 17 Concept Car/ F-Type Coupe, Lincoln MKX, the Porsche 911 Targa 4 / Turbo S, the Bentley Flying Spur V8, and Mercedes CLS AMG V8

Twin Turbo, as well as the Maserati GranTurismo MC Centennial Edition Range were also at the New York-based show with Pirelli tires.

Land Rover also unveiled their Discovery Vision concept car, a visionary new vehicle for the leisure category featuring advanced laser technology, smart glass and Pirelli tires.

Pirelli also launched the new Cinturato P1 Plus tire, a summer ultra high performance tire for luxury, mid-size, full-size and sport cars.

Ascot Supply Corporation, based in Newnan, Georgia, has selected Mark Paquette for the newly created position of vice president. In this position, Ascot Supply said Paquette will oversee the growth of the company's products, corporate profitability, manage marketing and advertising and assume many other responsibilities.

He will work under the direction of current President David Kessler and officially begin his new role on June 3. Paquette joined the tire and automotive industry in the early 1980s at his father's tire shop, and his contributions to Mohawk Rubber Sales were instrumental in the company's growth and eventual sale to Myers Tire Supply in 2021, according to Ascot Supply. Paquette eventually was given a promotion to the role of director of operations at Myers Tire Supply.
