Ag and off-road tire producer Mitas has appointed Vladimir Rada as its new chief financial officer. Rada, a Czech national, most recently worked at AcelorMittal Distribution Solutions, where he held various finance and controlling-related positions.
Marek Beran, the interim CFO, has been appointed as head of central logistics, while Mitas’ U.S. investment director Vladimir Dusanek has moved to Prague to oversee central controlling.
Mitas, which operates three production plants in the Czech Republic, one in Serbia and one in the U.S., manufactures and sells tires under three brand names: the company’s own Mitas and Cultor, and Continental under licence.
