JohnDow Tire Taxi Wins Best New Product

JohnDow’s new Tire Taxi was declared the “Best New Product” in the Tool & Equipment category at the 2016 AAPEX Show.

“We have been excited about the Tire Taxi from the beginning and being selected ‘Best New Product’ at AAPEX confirmed we have a real winner. The tremendous exposure from this award will greatly enhance the Tire Taxi launch currently in progress,” said Joe Dease, president of JohnDow.

The Tire Taxi is equipped with four heavy-duty casters and a load capacity of 265 pounds – equivalent to eight tires or five wheel assemblies.

The Tire Taxi is also available in an extended height version – the Tire Taxi EX. With an overall working height of 23 inches the Tire Taxi EX creates a more ergonomic working height for the technician, JohnDow said.

Turbo Wholesale Tires recently held its annual open house event, where it introduced the new Lexani Volt-EC EV tire. However, as any of the hundreds of people in attendance will tell you, the event included much more than a tire launch. After registration, guests entered Turbo's new tire-filled warehouse, with half the space set aside for the tire companies and dealers, food and drinks, games and stage with a nearby pile of 89 prizes worth over $25,000.
