Goodyear Appoints Finance Execs

Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. has named Damon Audia, Scott Honnold and Jenny Wang to new leadership positions.

Audia, senior vice president of finance and treasurer, was elected senior vice president of finance for the company’s Asia Pacific region, which is headquartered in Shanghai, China. Audia replaces Jenny Wang, who has accepted a new position in the company’s Asia Pacific operations.

Honnold has been elected vice president and treasurer, replacing Audia. Honnold was previously assistant treasurer, responsible for Goodyear’s capital market activities.

“Damon and Scott are strong leaders who have demonstrated the skills needed to be successful in their new assignments,” said Darren Wells, Goodyear’s executive vice president & chief financial officer. “They each have a track record of building outstanding teams and exceptional performance.”

Pierre Cohade, president of Goodyear’s Asia Pacific region, said the appointments of Audia and Wang to new positions fortify the region’s leadership team and demonstrate its growing importance to the company’s operations.

Audia had been the company’s senior vice president of finance & treasurer since 2008. He previously served as vice president & treasurer since 2007. Audia joined Goodyear in 2004 as assistant treasurer, capital markets. Prior to that, he was with Delphi Corporation, where he served in a variety of treasury and financial leadership roles.

Honnold joined Goodyear as assistant treasurer, capital markets and risk management in 2007. Prior to that, he was senior vice president of planning and administration for Saks Inc.’s Department Store Group from 2003 to 2007. He previously was the retailer’s vice president and treasurer from 1999 to 2003.
