Park is responsible for Comdata’s technology operations, product development and strategic transactions, including acquisitions, investments and divestitures. He is also charged with managing Comdata’s priority growth initiatives and is the executive leader of Comdata Regulatory Compliance Solutions, the leading provider of compliance services to clients in the transportation industry, according to the company.
“Since joining Comdata in 2003, Andrew has led the successful development and launch of new electronic payment products and delivered key enhancements to core systems and product platforms,” said Brett Rodewald, president of Comdata. “Andrew has been instrumental in executing and integrating acquisitions that have expanded Comdata’s presence in strategically important market segments.”
Prior to Comdata, Park held various positions with Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse First Boston and Lehman Brothers. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Wesleyan University and a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
