CIMS Looks to Improve Registration Process

In an effort to improve its tire registration process, CIMS Tire Registration is now a toll-free connection with CIMS home offices in Akron, Ohio — (855) 444-5120.

The company noticed the need for a toll-free number following an increase of tire dealers, manufacturers and importers using CIMS’ tire registration services, it said.

The toll-free line will be staffed by experienced CIMS personnel to answer any questions regarding setup as well as provide general information and ongoing support, the company said. If callers do not reach a support person initially they’ll be connected to CIMS’ voicemail and a representative will return their call.
