AskPatty.com has partnered with ContactPoint to provide marketing tracking assistance to AskPatty.com certified female friendly vehicle, tire and service retailers.
Under the deal, all 1,000-plus AskPatty.com Certified Female Friendly businesses will be able to use ContactPoint’s LogMyCalls product to determine how many customer calls are being generated by their AskPatty.com listings and other advertising and promotions.
Those retailers can utilize LogMyCalls tracking and recording as an add-on to the existing program, at a discounted rate, enabling them to track where callers are being referred from, and monitor their sales and service staff’s telephone techniques via quality recordings. This portal will allow those retailers to track their marketing and hear their recorded calls, all online.
Additionally, businesses can purchase more robust LogMyCalls packages at discount Ask Patty pricing.
"We are so excited to be able to add this amazing technology to the Ask Patty program," said Jody DeVere, AskPatty.com CEO. "Our research shows that over 70% of women make first contact with a business by picking up the phone. This is a valuable opportunity: from a woman’s perspective, the tone and success of the initial call sets the tone of the entire relationship-and it can sink the relationship just as quickly.”
“This is a very exciting partnership for LogMyCalls,” ContactPoint CEO Jason Wells said. “AskPatty.com is a household name because they provide trusted automotive advice and information for women across America. Now they can demonstrate their effectiveness to help their certified businesses by tracking their marketing, as well. This partnership is going to help AskPatty.com and LogMyCalls. We couldn’t be more thrilled.”
