ASA Automotive Systems announced that its technical support operation will now be open on Saturdays.
Effective Saturday, June 2, ASA will offer telephone technical support on Saturdays to all TireMaster customers at no additional cost, as part of its standard software maintenance agreement.
“We remain committed to, and focused on, delivering the best possible customer experience we can,” said Scott Hopkins, vice president of operations at ASA Automotive Systems. “So far in 2012 we’ve added two new support analysts, which have allowed us to cut our response time in half. And now beginning in June we will add Saturday support hours to assist clients with any critical issues. These changes were essential to handle the growth in our customer base.”
