The owners of Northern Arizona Tire said they are available to come to drivers’ aid in the worst of times. A blowout in the middle of the night on the interstate? Northern Arizona Tire says that they will be there to help.

“We have 24-hour mobile service,” Northern Arizona Tire co-owner Ben Cowles told local media.

Cowles noted that, unlike many of the large-chain tire stores, he and fellow owner Conrado Montes would be available to help “if you break down on the side of the road.”

Not only will Northern Arizona Tire go to the customer, but Cowles and Montes also carry a variety of stock to cater to hard-to-fit vehicles including tractor, RV and truck tires.

Both owners have been working in the industry a number of years.

Prior to opening Northern Arizona Tire, Cowles worked for Ryder Truck Rental and Montes previously worked at Chano’s Tires in Prescott Valley, Ariz.

“We want to have a good price and good service,” said Cowles. “We’re trying to take care of the customer the best we can.”
