Tim Dobie has been appointed senior account executive for retail markets for the Affinia’s Raybestos brand brake and chassis parts sales team.

Dobie will manage the sales, marketing, pricing and product development for Raybestos brake and chassis retail customers. He will be based in the McHenry, Ill., office and will report to Bruce Tartaglione, senior vice president of sales, Affinia Brake and Chassis.

Dobie holds bachelor’s degree in business management and marketing from DePaul University. With more than 30 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, most recently Dobie was regional sales manager with UCI-Fram Group, where he was responsible for the sales force. Prior to UCI, Dobie served as national sales manager at ArvinMeritor.
