Advance Auto Parts has named Zaheed Mawani its vice president of finance planning, analysis and investor relations.   

In this role Mawani will oversee enterprise planning, forecasting and management reporting. He will also continue with his current function overseeing investor relations.

“We are excited to promote Zaheed into his new role,” said Mike Norona, executive vice president and chief financial officer for the company.  “He has a diverse set of experience and financial acumen learned through his past experiences in a rapidly growing multi-brand and multi-channel international company. He also has a proven track record for driving results, leading teams and building strong relationships.”

Mawani joined Advance in July 2013, most recently serving as director of investor relations. He has more than 18 years of finance experience.
