Hercules Names New CFO, Promotes Old One

Hercules Tire & Rubber Co. has appointed Jeff Marshall as its new CFO after current CFO Vic Siewert was named senior vice president of planning and administration.

Marshall brings with him nearly 20 years experience in finance, operations, sales and marketing, with an emphasis on operating businesses in a private equity environment. He comes from Transtar Holding Co., a distributor of aftermarket automotive parts and supplies, where he most recently served as executive vice president, CFO and treasurer.

Siewert will now oversee business development, legal and trademarks, insurance programs and human resources. He has been with Hercules for more than 21 years in a variety of financial posts.

Turbo Wholesale Tires recently held its annual open house event, where it introduced the new Lexani Volt-EC EV tire. However, as any of the hundreds of people in attendance will tell you, the event included much more than a tire launch. After registration, guests entered Turbo's new tire-filled warehouse, with half the space set aside for the tire companies and dealers, food and drinks, games and stage with a nearby pile of 89 prizes worth over $25,000.
