New Line of OTR Tires Available From Xtreme

Xtreme OTR Tire Co. (XOTC) has added a new line of OTR tires sold under the brand.

The company’s U.S.-based engineering staff developed the line to meet the most stringent specifications for off-the-road heavy equipment operations in the mining and construction industries, according to the company. Xtreme Load USA radial OTR tires are available in diameters from 20 to 57 inches for cranes, graders and loaders. The company said 63-inch models are scheduled for production in 2011.

XOTC offers customers an OTR tire field service support program and a limited OTR tire warranty. The company said its engineers can create custom tire compounds to fit each customer’s needs. It also offers on-site tire service and diagnostics (temperature and haul profile analysis) of tire performance.

The company launched a new website – asd – designed to help customers find information and specifications on the Xtreme Load USA OTR tires and the Xtreme Load OTR tire lines. The site has an interactive catalog that allows customers to search for OTR tires by size, tread pattern and vehicle.

“We want our customers to be able to purchase the highest quality radial OTR tires they need from our Xtreme Load USA product line,” said Ray Huffman, CEO of Xtreme OTR Tire Co. “Our OTR tire manufacturing capability enables us to fulfill large OTR orders…Our new website will make it easy for our customers to find the OTR tire they need for their job site. If they can’t find what they need we can make them a tire with custom compounds to meet their particular job site needs.”

Ascot Supply Corporation, based in Newnan, Georgia, has selected Mark Paquette for the newly created position of vice president. In this position, Ascot Supply said Paquette will oversee the growth of the company's products, corporate profitability, manage marketing and advertising and assume many other responsibilities.

He will work under the direction of current President David Kessler and officially begin his new role on June 3. Paquette joined the tire and automotive industry in the early 1980s at his father's tire shop, and his contributions to Mohawk Rubber Sales were instrumental in the company's growth and eventual sale to Myers Tire Supply in 2021, according to Ascot Supply. Paquette eventually was given a promotion to the role of director of operations at Myers Tire Supply.
