LIVE AT SEMA: Falken Rolls Out Latest HP, A/T Tires

Falken Tire announced two new additions: the SN211 high mileage performance touring tire, and the all-terrain, all-season, all-purpose WildPeak A/T.

With an 80,000-mile limited mileage warranty, the SN211 offers long-term confidence and mile-after-mile comfort. The tire features variable sipe depth design, four optimized circumferential grooves and treadwear indicators. The SN211 is available in a wide range of sizes from 14- to 18- inch diameters, Falken said.

The WildPeak A/T features a symmetric five-rib pattern and rigid block designs that allow for exceptional on-road response and optimized off-road handling, coupled with two stiff, extra-wide steel belts for stability. In addition, four wide, aggressive multi-angled grooves allow for maximum water, mud and snow evacuation, while aggressive biting block edges provide unparalleled traction and control.

The tire is offered in today’s most popular OE sizes in metric and LT metric with choices of 15- to 20-inch wheel diameters and many plus-sized applications. The WildPeak A/T comes with a 50,000 limited mileage warranty, the tiremaker said.

Ascot Supply Corporation, based in Newnan, Georgia, has selected Mark Paquette for the newly created position of vice president. In this position, Ascot Supply said Paquette will oversee the growth of the company's products, corporate profitability, manage marketing and advertising and assume many other responsibilities.

He will work under the direction of current President David Kessler and officially begin his new role on June 3. Paquette joined the tire and automotive industry in the early 1980s at his father's tire shop, and his contributions to Mohawk Rubber Sales were instrumental in the company's growth and eventual sale to Myers Tire Supply in 2021, according to Ascot Supply. Paquette eventually was given a promotion to the role of director of operations at Myers Tire Supply.
