Fountain won the grand prize – a 2008 Porsche Carrera 911 – in American Tire Distributors’ Driving Results incentive program.
In the promotion, ATD Alliance Dealers earned entries into multiple drawings based on purchases of Michelin products between Jan. 1 and Aug. 30.
The Porsche was presented to Fountain and his wife, Renae, on Oct. 9 by Bill Berry, ATD president and COO, and Emmanuel Ladent, vice president of sales for Michelin Americas Small Tires.
Kenneth Mincz of Mincz Tire in Richmond, Va., and Greg Hall of Hall Tire Service in Greensboro, N.C. both won all-expense paid trips to the 2008 Laguna Seca American Le Mans Series Race on Oct. 18.
Other winners include Walter Irwin of Discount Tire in Longview, Texas; John Savelli of Mulagani Tire Pros in Mill Valley, Calif.; Ronnie Shelton of Hazelwood Tire in Waynesville, N.C.; Todd Killian of Bob Killian Tire in Hickory, N.C.; Mike Gevlach of Mike’s Tire and Auto in New Bern, N.C.; and Michael Rosen of Delco Tire in Encino, Calif.
