Easton, Md.- based Mid-Atlantic Tire Pros is working to help severely wounded veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces with its Allies for Independence fundraising campaign kicking off this week.

Funds raised from the campaign will help provide all-terrain mobility devices to veterans through a partnership with The Independence Fund, a nonprofit organization that empowers severely wounded veterans and the caregivers who support them to take control of their lives.

“Mid-Atlantic Tire Pros is excited to invite members of our local community to participate in the Allies for Independence initiative and demonstrate its support for our nation’s heroes,” said Terry John, owner of Mid-Atlantic Tire Pros. “The funds they contribute will go toward helping severely wounded veteran regain their independence and move toward a better future.”

Mid-Atlantic Tire Pros will host fundraising activities through Nov. 2016, and local community members can participate by donating an e-check at midatlantictirepros.com or by check in-person at the tire dealership.
