The U.S. Commerce Department has pushed back the date of its final countervailing duty determination on Chinese passenger and light truck tires to June 12.
Originally, the DOC was supposed to issue its determination on April 6, but the determination will now be released the same day as the final determination for antidumping duties on the same tires.
Preliminary rates for countervailing duties were set in November and for antidumping duties in January. The DOC later lowered preliminary rates.
