Titan Launches Promo for Goodyear Farm Tires

Goodyear-Farm-Tire-Titan-NewsletterGoodyear farm tires, a Titan Tire Corp. brand, has launched several new communication platforms to connect with farmers. As these channels gain followers, Titan will reward the farming community by making in-kind donations to the Future Farmers of America.

“Supporting FFA is something we take very seriously, and in 2014 alone, we have raised more than $150,000 for local FFA chapters throughout the country with our tire auctions,” said Scott Sloan, agricultural product manager for Titan Tire and Goodyear farm tires. “We’re hoping that with the addition of our social media channels and e-newsletter, we can not only start a dialogue with growers, but continue raising money for organizations that support the industry we’re so proud to be a part of.”

During the next six months, or up to $20,000 (whichever comes first), Titan will donate $1 to the national FFA organization for each new Twitter follower, Facebook fan and subscriber of the brand’s YouTube channel or e-newsletter.

Titan will share news and event information, as well as grower profiles, videos and tips on its Facebook and Twitter accounts.

The brand’s YouTube channel will feature testimonials and information on how growers can overcome common problems on and off the field, Titan said.

Titan is also offering a “Gaining Traction” e-newsletter starting this fall that will feature in-depth articles and videos. To subscribe to the newsletter, visit LSWadvantage.com/email-newsletter.
