Jack Williams Tire New LocationAfter 85 years serving in the region, Jack Williams Tire has opened a location in Mountain Top, Pa. The dealership celebrated its ribbon cutting ceremony on June 2.

“We’ve had Mountain Top in our plans for several years now, so we’re happy the day has finally arrived,” said Jack Williams Tire chairman and CEO, Bill Williams.

The new store features a modern look with a kid-friendly waiting area, free Wi-Fi, and free shuttle service, the dealer said. The location will be led by John McGroarty, a 37-year company veteran, and a team of 14 techs and associates.

As part of the location’s grand opening, Jack Williams Tire made a $500 donation to Mary Grace Eckert and her efforts to Pennsylvania Wounded Warriors.

Jack Williams Tire is still family owned and operated business that was founded in Kingston, Pa., in 1929. The dealership services northeastern and central Pennsylvania. The new store marks the 29th location of Jack Williams Tire.

Schaeffler Group USA has expanded its parts offerings for vehicles in the United States and Canada, adding over 70 new parts to the INA, LuK and Schaeffler Bearings portfolios. These additions expand application coverage to an additional 30 million vehicles in operation, the company said.

New LuK products include nine different clutch kits, including traditional LuK RepSets and RepSet DMFs. The newly released clutch kits provide coverage to many common vehicle applications, including various Toyota, BMW and Volkswagen models, accounting for 4.3 million vehicles in operation, the company said.
