ASA Showcases TireMasterG4 at SEMA

ASA Automotive Systems showcased its newest software rewrite – TireMasterG4  featuring a new mobile POS – during the SEMA Show/Global Tire Expo in Las Vegas.

The TireMasterG4 is a cloud-based software suite that allows a dealer to create a store of the future if they so choose. The software can be used on mobile devises or a desktop allowing dealers to interact with their customers in new ways, the company said.

“You do not have to go mobile, but it can go mobile,” said Dave Vogel, vice president of sales at ASA. “When creating from a mobility standpoint you have to have a look and feel that’s easy to use that translates well to a tablet, but even if you never intend to go there the ease of use when standing at the counter is still there.”

Benefits of the new TireMasterG4 include an intuitive interface, more automation, a better workflow and a better service estimation and quote function. Sales personnel can pull up information about multiple tires at once, showing a tire comparison to the customer, educating them on which tire would be best for their vehicle. Additionally, the suite can be used to communicate with customers electronically, through email and text, and can be used to track services needed in the future.

The suite can be used throughout the showroom, in the parking lot, service bays, or in the warehouse as long as there is Internet access. Functions of the new mobility suite can assist dealers with physical inventory, shipment and bill, inventory receipts, proof of delivery and car-side and road-side services, ASA said.

The complete software package will be available by summer next year.
