Community Tire’s ‘High Mile Club’ Reduces Auto Repair Costs

As drivers keep their vehicles longer, many face hefty repair bills or are forced to put off critical repairs - which is why Community Tire Pros has launched the "Community Tire Pros High Mile Club."

With a record number of drivers keeping their vehicles longer, many face hefty repair bills or are forced to put off critical repairs.

To help make repairs more affordable, Phoenix-based Community Tire Pros & Auto Repair – which reported 89% of its customer base owns cars that are at least three years old, the majority with miles of 60,000 or more – has launched the “Community Tire Pros High Mile Club.”

The program, which is free to join, pays back reward points that can be spent on repairs and standard factory recommended maintenance. Free services and discounts include money off the first and second visit, free inspections, alignment checks and oil changes. Members receive email reminders of reward points earned and can track purchases online. Each dollar spent earns one point.

“When people are tight on money, that’s when they cut back on maintenance, but that’s when the major repairs start,” said Community Tire Pros owner Howard Fleischmann Sr. “If they go in for regular maintenance and need a brake job, it’s a $130 to $180 job. If they wait until the brakes go metal to metal, you’re looking at a $450 job.”
