Dutch OTR, industrial and truck tire manufacturer Magna Tyres Group has been awarded ISO 9001:2008 certification for its quality management system at the company’s headquarters in Waalwijk.
ISO 9001:2008 is a series of international standards and guidelines on quality management and quality assurance by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The certificate is only awarded to companies that can demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable requirements, placing customer satisfaction as a key component of those requirements, according to Magna Tyres.
“Being ISO 9001:2008 certified is the key to expanding the presence of Magna Tyres Group in international markets as a company committed to the highest quality standards,” the company said.
