59.6% of dealers polled reported getting their consumer tires from wholesale distributors, down from 2010’s 63%. Just over 26% got tires direct from the manufacturer – also a decrease, down from 30% in 2010.
Private brand marketers, other tire dealers and direct from overseas manufacturer, among others, mand up the remaining percentage for 2011.
