For the second year in a row Forbes magazine has named Continental one of America’s Best Employers.

With more than 208,000 employees worldwide, Continental AG employs approximately 17,000 people in the United States.

As the tech-driven automotive industry continues to evolve, we must remain flexible within this changing landscape by offering unique programs and services that not only meet the needs of employees, but their families too.”

Forbes magazine’s list of America’s Best Employers 2016 will appear in its April 11 issue. The list is generated from a national survey among 30,000 employees from companies throughout the United States.
