Ohio Dealer Holds Events to Aid Autism Fight

Columbus, Ohio-based Boyd’s Tire and Service Centers is hosting some events to support continuing research and treatment of autism.

This summer Boyd’s is sponsoring the Ohio Ride for Autism-Third Annual Poker Run, an all-ages, family friendly event that will be held July 28.

On Aug. 18, Boyd’s will lead All About Autism, a car, truck, motorcycle show and cruise in in Columbus.

Proceeds from these events will benefit The Make it Fit Foundation, Autism Speaks, The Ingram Autism Research Center, Recreation Unlimited, The Autism Society of Ohio and the Lettuce Work Foundation, as well as others to fund autism research and treatment centers.

Yokohama to supply Geolandar tires as OE on Toyota Land Cruiser SUVs

Geolandar X-CV and Geolandar A/T G31 tires are being supplied for the 250 series Land Cruiser.

Yokohama Rubber is supplying its Geolandar X-CV and Geolandar A/T G31 tires as original equipment (OE) to Toyota Motor Corporation for use on the automaker’s new SUV: The 250 series Land Cruiser, which launched worldwide in April. The new SUVs are being fitted with two sizes of Geolandar X-CV – 245/70R18 110H and 265/60R20 112H – and two sizes of Geolandar A/T G31–245/70R18 110H and 265/65R18 114V.
