Davis to head Tire Lyna USA

Noorez Devraj, president and founder of Lyna Manufacturing Inc., headquartered in North Vancouver, B.C., announced the appointment of Jerry Davis to head the company’s U.S. operations.Jerry Davis

According to the company, Tire Lyna is a tire casing care that protects the entire casing from heat and oxidation damage. It prevents premature tire failures by retaining targeted tire air pressure and stops rim and bead leaks. The biodegradable casing liner and sealant will self-seal punctures up to a half inch in over-the-road and off-road tires, the company added. Tire Lyna also offers a non-aqueous line of products for TBR and mining tires.

Tire Lyna was founded in 1996, the company currently supplies major fleets, off-road and industrial tire users in Canada, the U.S., Europe and South America. The original product was developed to help save tire casings for retreading; additional products were developed to fill the void in industrial and off-road applications, according to Devraj.

Davis said, “our team has experience in the tire industry, and this product outperforms any product we know about by leaps and bounds. We have the real world test data, independent laboratory data and fleet results to prove the cost advantages of Tire Lyna.”

Davis will be present in the Tire Lyna booth (booth #47183) at the upcoming SEMA Show/Global Tire Expo Nov. 1-4 in Las Vegas. He also can be contacted at 615-397-2334.
