Millennium Winners Take a Trip

(Clacton, U.K./Tyres & Accessories) Viking International has named the winners of its Millennium competition.

The ultra-high performance Millennium tyre range, launched at the beginning of the year, was introduced alongside an exclusive competition for Viking’s business development staff, with the chance to win vouchers towards an exotic holiday destination of their choice.

First prize went to David Le Tall for exceptional sales results, closely followed by runner up, Steve Cockburn. They were presented with their holiday vouchers at the end of March by John Kemp, Managing director for Viking International.

David Le Tall, Viking’s business development manager for the South West, has worked with the company for 16 years, and with a wide experience in sales across the country, was pleased to come in first. Steve Cockburn, business development director for Liverpool, has been with Viking for many years and said, as a qualified swimming instructor and all round sports enthusiast, the competition brought out his competitive instinct.

John Kemp commented: “We have been really pleased with the work and achievements of all of our sales staff, but David and Steve in particular went that extra mile in terms of effort and getting results. Hopefully, the vouchers go a little way to showing Viking’s appreciation for all their hard work during the Millennium launch.”
